Delivery Policy — The Delhi Book Store

Nothing is shipped physically. Every product on this website is a digital PDF delivered over the internet. There is no courier, no tracking number, no shipping charge, and no delivery address to enter.

1. How delivery works

You pay on the checkout page.
The payment gateway confirms the payment to us, normally within a few seconds.
A confirmation page opens with your download links on it — one for the English edition and one for the Hindi edition.
You download the files and keep them.

2. Delivery time

Immediate in practice — the confirmation page appears as soon as the gateway confirms payment, which is usually under a minute. In rare cases a gateway takes longer to confirm; if that happens, your confirmation page will say the payment is still pending. Refresh it after a few minutes and the links will appear.

3. Delivery charges

There are none. The price you see on the product page is the total.

4. Where we deliver

Anywhere with an internet connection. Because the product is digital there are no serviceable or non-serviceable pincodes and no international shipping restrictions.

5. Your download link

It is generated specifically for your order and cannot be used for anyone else's.
It stays valid for 48 hours from purchase.
Each file can be downloaded 5 times on that link.

Save the PDF to your device rather than bookmarking the page. The limits exist to stop a single purchase being shared publicly; they are not there to catch out genuine buyers, and we reissue links freely for people who ask.

6. If your download does not work

Email delhibookstore69@gmail.com with your order number (it starts with DBS-) or the email address you paid with. We will:

reissue your download link, free, no questions asked; or
email the PDF to you directly if the link still will not work; or
refund you in full if we cannot deliver the file at all — see the Refund Policy.

We answer within one working day in almost every case.

7. What you need to read the file

Any PDF reader. That includes the browser you are reading this in, Files on iPhone, Google Drive on Android, Preview on a Mac, and Adobe Acrobat Reader on Windows. There is no app to install, no account to create, and no digital rights management that locks the file to one device.
